How Growth Bot works, and how to reach us.
Common questions
Does the bot publish anything by itself?
No. Every post, reply and outreach draft waits for your decision on WhatsApp or under Pending approvals. Dry-run is the default, so nothing is sent until sending is switched on.
Why did an approval move from WhatsApp to the dashboard?
WhatsApp only allows free messages within 24 hours of your last message to the bot. When that window is closed, or a card is not decided in time, it waits here instead. No paid template is sent.
What is a workspace?
A workspace holds one business's websites, social accounts, leads, approvals and reports. You only see the workspaces you are a member of.
Does Lead Finder message the businesses it finds?
No. It shows places from the official Google Places API for you to review, and it cannot message the numbers.
Can Growth Bot guarantee rankings?
No one can. Search results move both ways; the bot reports honestly and only uses white-hat methods.
